Mr. Speaker: The Chair has had time to consider the matter of this application, and it would seem that the application is in order. The Chair is prepared to put the question to the House. Does the honourable Member have leave to move the adjournment of the House under Standing Order 29 for the purpose of discussing a specific and important matter? Some honourable Members: Agreed. Mr. Speaker: The debate will commence at eight o'clock p.m. this day.
