Order, order. We are early in question period, and we have already heard a lot from the member for Banff—Airdrie although he has not had the floor, and the member for Edmonton Manning. I would ask them and others to wait until it is their turn to speak, whether it is today or another day.

Order. I would ask the Minister of Finance and other members of the House not to suggest that members in this House are not able to understand things.
I know that there is a lot of heat here.
Order. The hon. member for Banff—Airdrie will come to order, or he can go outside or be helped outside. Which would he prefer?
I ask the Sergeant-at-Arms to remove Mr. Richards.
