Debate urgent
Hon. Lucien Lamoureux
Speaker of the House
Ruling Text
There is no doubt whatsoever that there is considerable public interest in this very important matter. Taking into account the fact that this is a short day, and that there is an hour and a half left for a debate, the Chair will accept the application. This is done despite the fact that there is an unclear procedural case against the motion on account of the notice of motion on the same subject which has been given to the Clerk.
